Yogattic... is yoga in the attic. In the Pays-de-Gex, neighbouring France, situated at the foot of the Jura , just 7 min drive from the CERN tram and the swiss border. A cozy and zen space, which can hold up to 13 students. I try to give individual attention to all my students so they can practice in a safe and welcoming environment. It is called Hatha yoga, because it is Asana based, thus physical, but my style has been inspired by the many teachers I have found on my path. A mix of Vinyasa flow and Iyengar with the use of props. All levels welcome, there are always plenty of options. Music is always a part of my practice. Trial class if free.
