Skull Group INC is a global, value investment company, with Value Investing - Finance as its core activity, and Marketing + Technology, Business Management/Administration, and Trade, as its secondary activities.

The parent company (Headquarters) is located in Cayman Islands, and it was first registered and established in California, United States, in the October 2009, with minor operations and services being rendered, where it began operating fully in January 2012, after the registration and establishment of its management office in France on January 2012, where its US office now serves as its offshore-satellite office in North America.

At its inception, Skull Group INC. was a Marketing, Technology and Trade company, where it discontinued its activities in January 2014, to completely restructure its business model and portfolio, into a Value Investment Company, with Finance as its core activity, and Marketing + Technology, Business Management/Administration, and Trade, as its secondary activities.

The successful restructuring of Skull Group INC., was completed in March, 2015, as a Value Investment company.
