Re:Voir's catalogue comprises over seventy titles: films from the Dadaist, Surrealist and Letterist movements, films from the American avant-garde, diary films, structural films, arthouse features, animated works and hand-painted films. In addition we feature a series of documentary films that study the history and aesthetics of experimental cinema.

We are devoted to giving a wider audience access to a relatively unknown, yet rich and diverse body of cinema, and to disseminating the major works of experimental film at the highest digital possible quality. Each release receives rigorous attention and extensive preparation, and yields an object of enduring integrity and quality for collection, discovery, and reflection.

Founded in 1995 under the name Light Cone Vidéo, the RE:VOIR Video project was to make available a collection of VHS tapes of experimental films; later on, the publishing focused on DVDs and books and starting August 2014 our catalogue is moving online in HD streaming, on Re:Voir's VOD platform.

Experimental cinema as a daring artistic form deserves a place beside its more commercial counterparts, but also in the area if academic research. Each DVD is accompanied by a booklet of explanatory texts or criticical articles about the films and sometimes unpublished writings by the authors themselves on their work.

Fondée en 1995 à Paris, sous le nom de Light Cone Vidéo, RE:VOIR Vidéo Éditions a pour vocation de rendre accessible un cinéma de recherche formelle et personnelle, riche et divers mais trop peu connu, en éditant en DVD et VàD les oeuvres majeures de l’expérimentation cinématographique ainsi que de jeunes talents.
