C'est après 6 ans de pratique et d'apprentissage du massage au Canada que je reviens m'installer à Narbonne.

J'exerce un massage qui combine plusieurs techniques notamment le "Rebalancing" ou en français "Ré-équilibrage" technique visant à réduire les tensions musculaires par un travail des muscles superficiels et profonds, à améliorer les raideurs articulaires par de très doux mouvements.
Et le Shiatsu ou accu-pression, technique ancestrale Japonaise qui par la pression des pouces aide à ramener l'équilibre dans le corps et à rétablir la circulation de l’énergie vitale ( le QI)

Cette combinaison unique et hors du commun vous permettra de vous octroyer un moment calme, de lâcher prise et de profonde relaxation .

Veronique’s diverse experience and training in various forms of massage and healing arts provide the client with a unique and transformative experience.
Each session is tailored to meet the specific needs and preferences of the client to facilitate the body’s natural ability to heal itself.

Veronique’s style spans Rebalanicing, Joint Release, Deep Tissue, and Shiatsu.

Rebalancing works with a unique synthesis of
deep and soft tissue manipulation, to equilibrate the body, bringing a sense of oneness of the body, heart, and mind.
Joint release uses rocking, swiveling and wiggling movements to mobilize the joints, creating space, freedom of movement and fluidity throughout the body.
The deep, slow and skillful strokes, of deep tissue massage are used to release tense muscles, and encourage relaxation.
In depth stimulation and balancing of the meridian system through Shiatsu and Accupression encourages flow, opens blocked areas of the body, and facilitates healing on physical, emotional and spiritual levels.
