We're a centuries old farm on the southwestern French countryside where we offer retreats on various themes: yoga, pilates, fitness, cycling, arts, cuisine & wine and much more. Accommodation is in the charming old stone house, the huge barn that used to serve as home for organic goat cheese production has been transformed into a multifunctional space, there's a natural swimming pool to dip into and a sauna (in a barrel!) to relax, and we've got 13ha of lands - prairies, woods, valleys, natural springs and a bamboo forest - for the guests to enjoy.

For anyone into life's simplest things, beautiful nature, good local food & wine, tranquil ambiance and the French joy of life, we're able to offer a special place where to nourish one's well-being. All the retreats have an intimate atmosphere (max 8 guests) and they are all-inclusive, so that once you arrive you may concentrate on the most important: yourself <3

It took us 24000 kilometers, 86 visited properties in 15 departments before we found what we were looking for - which is why we are now excited to open the doors for guests and share a little piece of our paradise with others.

Check out the "May Day Early Bird" offers on our website! Please note some retreats are in Finnish, but those introduced in English are taught in English, too. So no need to start learning yet another - super difficult - language ;)
