As a practicing psychologist I am passionate about sharing what psychology as a science has to offer and making it relevant to everyday life. Psychological research is fascinating and it can provide lots of helpful, practical information on how to make us happier and healthier.
With this in mind I have designed a series of workshops covering a broad variety of topics, such as sleep, parenting, couple relationships, living well with different mental health conditions and many more, from the perspective of psychology (stay tuned!).
