Katy's fundamental belief in the heart's power and potential fuels her medical and healing practice. She is a physiotherapist and a posturologist specialized in neurophysiology.
After 7 years in University and two years of intense study, practicing and teaching the Anusara Yoga method in Vancouver, she moved back to France as a licensed yoga teacher and opened her own studio and therapeutics practice in her beloved Annecy, Haute-Savoie. This exquisite location nestled between the mountains and Annecy's lake is the perfect scenic environment where she organizes collective gatherings, teaches therapeutics, classes, private sessions and workshops. Her knowledge of neurophysiology and bio-mechanics allows her to develop an unique style combining her medical background with the expression of yoga.
These two aspects underlie her teaching style encouraging the mind, body and heart's alignment.

Katy's research on the healing and transformational power of therapy and yoga inspire her to create a community where she can share the power of Conscious Love with others.

Today, Katy's mission is to help each individual to become aware of his/her divine and powerful Self, beginning on the mats, with the real results off the mat. It will shift the attitude to our Self and will transform the attitude with our family and community around us to embody this beautiful person that we are.
For all of those reasons, she created Satnam, a place where we all can be back to the beautiful reality and power of our own nature.
