The Herrick House runs a small and intimate retreat in a beautiful area in the South of France.
Situated in the Languedoc Roussillon, a major wine producing area also renowned for it's ancient sites and medieval cities.

This retreat is for anyone in need of a break.
It is simple and unpretentious.
Unwind, relax, re gain energy and motivation to help create a happier and healthier life through new habits.
Put your phone down and re connect with yourself and the people around you.

We are primarily geared towards two groups of people.
Firstly those who are looking for a way to kick start healthy new habits but don't know how and what to do.
Secondly those who are already living a healthy life and are looking for a relaxing holiday that won't ruin all their good habits.
We have designed our retreat so that both your yoga practice combined with a detoxifying diet will help to leave you feel clear headed, focused and energised.

We believe this environment attracts wonderful people that will hopefully be able to connect with each other while finding your own space.
And if you ever feel like talking about anything food, health and fitness related we love the subject!
