Nomadis c'est d'abord une histoire, celle d'un chef, Thomas Guerinet fils de restaurateurs, diplômé du lycée hôtelier de la Rochelle, et de deux passions : une première pour la gastronomie et une seconde pour les gens, les rencontres. De cette histoire va naître un trésor d'expérience qui n'attend que d'être dégusté.
