Welcome to Azure Yoga with Geraldine. Offering a variety of group & private yoga classes lead by Yoga Alliance Registered teacher Geraldine Hardy (E-RYT 200). A BelovedYoga teacher (www.BelovedYoga.com) currently taking her 500 hr Yoga Therapy training with Svastha Yoga (Dr. Ganesh Mohan). Geraldine shares the teachings of BelovedYoga and inspired by Sri Krishnamacharya, ‘founder of modern yoga’. One unifying intention of her classes is the philosophy of Vinyasa (flow), integrating breath with movement creating a contemplative space for breath, mind, body and spirit.
