En 1978, Martine et Roland HEGUY reprennent cette affaire familiale, et élèvent l'hôtel de 3 étages en 1991.
L'hôtel compte aujourd'hui 48 chambres et suites junior rénovées et réparties sur 7 étages, toutes donnant un point de vue unique sur l' Océan, du Phare au Port des Pêcheurs.
La dernière tranche de travaux réalisée en 2012 marque le dernier passage de témoin de Martine et Roland HEGUY à leur fils Jean-Pierre.

The hotel Windsor **** is situated in the heart of Biarritz, facing the main beach, La Grande Plage. It became the property of the BERDOULAY-HEGUY family in 1948.
In 1978, Martine and Roland HEGUY took over the family business and added 3 floors at the hotel in 1991.
Today, the hotel has 48 rooms and junior suites who are spread over 7 floors, with a unique view of the ocean.
The last phase of construction work was in 2012 and marked the final handover of Martine and Roland HEGUY to their son Jean-Pierre.
