Week Schedule (subject to change)

Day 1, Sunday
Take the train through the countryside to Limoges and to Rigoulene. Enjoy a Welcome Cocktail and workshop set up followed by dinner.

Day 2, Monday
History and overview of Limoges Porcelain. Museum visit and tour of a local Porcelain Factory. Plus stops at different Porcelain Shops such as Haviland, Bernardaud, Reynaud and J.L Coquet. Shop for souvenirs and gifts to bring home.

Days 3-6, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
Porcelain Painting workshop between 9am to noon and 2pm to 5pm. You will be working on 2 to 3 porcelain pieces to bring home. After 5pm, you will visit more porcelain stores, visit the Historical Town of St Leonard de Noblat and historical sites such as the Paper Mill "Moulin du Got" that was in production from the 15th century to the 1950's and has more recently been restored as museum. Here you can see the history of paper making techniques and its importance in the region.

Day 7, Saturday,
In the morning, the group will visit Royal Limoges porcelain factory, and the historical Ovens of Casseaux. Then leave Limoges on train back to Paris.
