welcoming you to stay in our restored 17th century village house in the heart of Verteuil.The property is over 3 levels.On the ground floor is a large kitchen,dinning and sitting area with an open fireplace and original stone sink.Laundry and drying facilities are self contained under the stairs.On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms,one set up as a double and the other with 2 single beds.The bathroom is also on this level with a large bathtub and shower.The 2nd level is a large open bright area with enormous oak beams and exposed stonework.Perfect for relaxing in with a view of the chateau.

The property is registered with the Chamber of Commerce in Angouleme as a Gite business.It is also registered with the Ruffec Tourism office and also on their website.

We consider our property very unique due to it's age,charm and location.Our main aim is for our guests to have a relaxing holiday in a restored village house.A "REAL" French holiday experience.

For our overseas guests we offer a airport/train station pick-up and drop-of service by arrangement.
