Company description
Manoir Industries posted €172 million in sales in 2015 with 6 worldwide manufacturing plants in 2 business units, Manoir Petrochem & Nuclear and Manoir Forging Solutions. Manoir Industries has a staff of 1,153 employees in Europe, India and China and is fully committed to work safety with environment protection.

Founded in 1917, the first plant of the Manoir Group was built on the towns of Pîtres and Le Manoir in Normandy (France), from which it derives its name.

A new shareholder
On February 28, 2013 Manoir Industries was acquired by the Yantai Taihai Group, the leading private company in China for nuclear casting and forging components. The two companies have enjoyed a very close and successful partnership for the last 15 years. By enlarging Manoir’s industrial and financial capacity and speeding-up investments and R&D programs, Taihai has strengthened Manoir’s international position as preferred partner and increased its ability to offer the best level of project support worldwide.

Various markets for hi-tech products
Manoir Industries claims world leadership as petrochemical tubes and cracking and reforming furnace’components manufacturer with a major innovative center for high temperature alloys in Pîtres which guarantees quality for all Manoir petrochemical plants. Manoir Industries is also a global leader for the civil nuclear market due to the technological synergies with Taihai’s forging plant. In France all nuclear power plants are equipped with at least one elbows, pipes, pump and valve bodies manufactured in Manoir Industries plants.

Manoir Custines and Manoir Bouzonville are global suppliers of closed-die and forging-die components focused on international drilling activities. They are preferred partners of civil engineering and mining customers positioned to meet the strictest criteria of these markets. They offer closed-die or extruded parts of complex metallurgy in raw or machined steel alloys and stainless steel, manufactured with diverse equipment such as hammers, screw presses, hydraulic presses, an open-die forge, a ring roll mill, gear grinding and cutting and machining centers.
