Bioexigence develops models in order to address and support new and innovative claims of its customers. Classic evaluation tests are performed on skin cells lines (with sex and specific age) or skin explants maintained in survival conditions. Recently thanks to a device GlasBoxPlus  developed by Pr Philippe Humbert Head of the Department of Dermatology of Besançon (France) Bioexigence is able to compare several actives in order to find lifting effects anti-wrinkle effects anti-stretch marks effects or anti-photoaging effects . Moreover Bioexigence uses an innovative technique: ex vivo cutaneous microdialysis which is able to determinate the percutaneous penetration and absorption of actives from a formulation (liquid cream or patch) deposited on a whole skin maintained in survival conditions. This model is closer of in vivo conditions than Franz cell-based assay. pharmaceutique et cosmétique travaillant dans le domaine de la culture cellulaire en particulier la culture de cellules de peau d'origine humaine.
