Mythique et interlope, alanguie et frénétique, Pigalle est un néon dans la nuit parisienne.
Le quartier a toujours attiré voyous et artistes, musiciens et aventuriers. Sans monument ni point de rassemblement, il lui manquait un lieu qui incarne ses valeurs canailles, son esprit déluré et son énergie musicale.
Ainsi est né Le Pigalle, un authentique hôtel de quartier, dont l'histoire s'est forgée au contact du brassage culturel qui, depuis longtemps, agite la pente sud de la butte Montmartre.
À l'hôtel, l'équipe est du quartier. Elle vous emmène à la rencontre des lieux, des gens et des histoires qui font vivre Pigalle et qui font vibrer Paris ; les croissants sont fournis par la boulangerie toute proche, les livres sélectionnés par la librairie du coin et la musique choisie par un voisin DJ, collectionneur de disques. Artistes du quartier, commerçants ou restaurateurs, tous viennent au Pigalle nous parler de Pigalle.

A NEIGHBOURHOOD HOTEL

Mythical and imposing, languid and frenetic, Pigalle is a neon light in the Parisian night. The neighbourhood has always attracted thugs and artists, musicians and adventurers. With neither a monument nor a meeting point, it lacked a spot that really reflected its tawdry values, brazen spirit and musical energy.
And so, Le Pigalle was born. An authentic neighbourhood hotel, whose history was shaped by the cultural mix that swirls on the southern slopes of Montmartre.

The team is local and will take you to meet some of the places, people and stories that bring Pigalle alive and make Paris so vibrant. The croissants are provided by the nearby bakery, the books selected by the local bookstore and the music chosen by a neighbourhood DJ who also is an album collector and happens to be born in Pigalle. Local artists, shopkeepers and restaurant owners, they all have something to say about their neighbourhood.

You can meet up for a drink, a night (out), or a coffee. This is Pigalle!
