Founded in 1832, it is the oldest family-owned and managed house in Armagnac. Florence Castarède, the sixth generation, is running Castarède today and aims to make discover his Armagnac in the all world !

This family has always made every endeavour to collect exceptional ancient vintages in its ancestral cellars. All its eaux-de-vie d'Armagnac only age in wooden casks made of the famous black oak to which there is no substitute. The presently oldest vintage dates back to 1888. All vintages are bottled at the time of order and strictly labelled in accordance with their respective year of production (harvest, distillation). The guarantee of authenticity delivered by Castarède comes up to the expectations of customers in search of genuine vintages (millésimes).
